No problem with anything. 15 minutes to assemble. cleans easily. Just a suggestion for new buyers start cooking with on the bottom and work your way from there. by matthew knutson
They cooked a turkey and a 18 3 chicken so far and both proved to be very moist and cooked perfectly. The turkey had reached Temp internal. by Dean French
